SAY NO TO HUNGER
Mike, along with the Pinelake Church Team, had the opportunity to visit the NEW Say No To Hunger location in the village of Sserinya! The children welcomed Mike with imaginary bouquets of flowers. He loved seeing all of the children that are now a part of the SNTH site! This would not be possible without YOU. Thank you!
We pray that each child will come to know the love of Jesus and how valued they are. We are able to reach even more children in this village through YOUR generosity! As we continue to grow, we can’t thank you enough for partnering with us to impact the next generation in Uganda.
CHILDREN'S SCHOOLS
Lori spent time at one of the local schools, visiting classrooms and the children in SMI’s sponsorship program. She had the opportunity to pray over the children and she also received prayer in return!
Stella, a young girl in our program, requested to speak with Lori personally. She shared a dream that God gave her for SMI and she prayed for all of YOU! Her love for Jesus and desire to share the gospel brings tears to our eyes!
CLEAN WATER WELLS
Did you hear that we have officially drilled over 30 wells in Uganda?! One of the highlights of Lori and Mike’s visit was getting to be a part of ANOTHER well commissioning!
In the village of Kitooke, local leaders and community members gathered to open another clean water well. Lori and Mike had the opportunity to speak on behalf of Show Mercy and Day Star Landscapes to share their heart for the water well. The community heard a message from Clarize about Jesus as our LIVING water!
This new well will allow the community of Kitooke to travel a closer distance to receive the basic need of CLEAN water!
